Terms and Conditions
All in stock items in our online store will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment. Delivery will take between 1-3 days depending on the delivery option chosen. Kawasaki Sport will be responsible for delivery of ordered items through our shipping suppliers. Should a parcel be lost, Kawasaki Sport will ensure a replacement is sent at the earliest possible time.

Delivery to Main Centres usually take 1 working day from time of dispatch and 1-3 working days for other areas depending on exact location. In exceptional circumstances, delivery could take longer than the estimates provided.
Note if racquet stringing services are chosen, dispatch will take an extra 1-2 working days depending on volume of order.
Collections are also possible for clients in the Cape Town area. Collections can be arranged at Canal Walk, Century City or at John Tyers Badminton Hall. Please select the “Local pickup” option at checkout and we will be in touch for a suitable collection time and venue.
Kawasaki Sport South Africa will also ship goods to international destinations provided the destination country does not have the presence of a Kawasaki Sport distributor. Please contact us prior to your order at email@example.com and we will make the necessary delivery arrangements. International customers are responsible for local import duties and relevant taxes where applicable.
Kawasaki Sport can cater for custom orders including custom team kits or Kawasaki equipment currently not available in South Africa subject to a minimum order value. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch with the relevant details.

Returns and Exchanges
All sealed and unused items can be returned to Kawasaki Sport with 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. The client will be responsible for delivering the unused item back to Kawasaki Sport. Note, all strung racquets are deemed to be used items and cannot be returned.
For exchange requests not due to product fault, the client will be responsible for return shipping costs to Kawasaki Sport.
